WOW PARK is turning up the (spookiness) extra high with HalloWOW for the whole family during the autumn holidays.

Bring the whole family to WOW PARK Billund or WOW PARK Skjern and spend a whole day enjoying free play, wild activities, autumn fun and (spooktacular) experiences in the forest.

You can also gather around the campfire and enjoy twisty bread, s’mores and popcorn. Maybe you’ll even meet some of our (spooky) spiders.

If you’re extra brave, try the GIANT in Billund and the SPIDER in Skjern – Scandinavia’s tallest free-fall slide towers, guaranteed to give you butterflies in your stomach.

At both WOW PARK Skjern and WOW PARK Billund, you can of course experience the special HalloWOW atmosphere with autumn activities every day during the autumn holidays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    Build with materials from nature, create something unique and take it home with you.

  • Pancakes are being made on the OFYR in WOW PARK.

    FREE PANCAKE

    Every day from 3–4 pm during the autumn holidays, the embers are ready, and we make pancakes over an open fire – for all children who would like one.

    We offer one free pancake per child, while supplies last.

What can you do with children during the autumn holidays?

At WOW PARK, the whole family can climb, slide, jump, swing, explore the treetops and enjoy cosy moments around the campfire. During the autumn holidays, there are also special activities and a HalloWOW atmosphere:

  • Play tag high up in the treetops
  • Hide in underground caves
  • Give it your all on giant jumping nets
  • Swing on giant swings
  • Climb fun climbing walls
  • Take on exciting obstacle courses

Build with materials from the forest

What can you build with a stick, a branch, a leaf and a little imagination?

At Build & Create, children build with what the forest itself has designed. Blow on the Chestnut Spinner and watch it spin. Turn the Thunder Drum between your hands and the beads fly out as the forest rumbles. Build the Pine Cone Car from the forest’s own materials, add wheels and give it your very own style. No batteries. Just nature, imagination and a good idea.

  • You can see a wooden chestnut mill. You can make one at WOW PARK during the autumn holidays.

    THE CHESTNUT SPINNER

    Drill holes in a chestnut and add maple seeds as wings. Blow on it – and watch it spin.

  • A pinecone car that you can make at WOW PARK during the autumn holidays. It is standing on some leaves in the park.

    A pine cone becomes a car with acorn caps as wheels. Easy for little ones to make and ready to roll home.

  • You can see a wooden thunder drum that you can make at WOW PARK during the autumn holidays.

    Draw your own pattern on the wooden disc. Twist the stick between your hands, making the beads strike the disc as the forest rumbles.

Kids build it themselves – we’re here to help

Build & Create will be staffed every day from 1:00–3:00 pm, where we’ll be there to help with ideas, inspiration and building projects.

And the creativity doesn’t stop there – you can keep building and creating on your own using all the natural materials we have laid out for you.

Of course, everything you build can be taken home!

Reach the top this autumn holiday

WOW PARK is packed with activities during the autumn holidays that challenge your body, imagination, and courage. Do you dare to climb all the way to the top? You might even encounter some of our (un)spooky spiders, visiting both parks throughout the autumn break.

  • 3:00–5:00 pm: Free play and cosy time around the campfire
