Terms for Newsletter and SMS Subscription

Thank you for your interest in our newsletter.

When you sign up, you accept these terms regarding the processing of your personal data.

Who do you give consent to?

We send you news, offers, competitions, tips, and other content about WOW PARK and selected
partners. You can unsubscribe at any time free of charge by clicking the
“Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of all our newsletters.

What information do we use, and why?

When you sign up, you provide your name and email address. We use this information to
send you the newsletter and tailor content to you.

We also track how the newsletter is used – for example, whether it is opened and
whether links are clicked. This helps us improve the content so it becomes more
relevant to you.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by
unsubscribing.

How long do we store your data?

We follow the guidelines of the Data Protection Authority regarding the storage and deletion of user data.

Who do we share your data with?

We use Active Campaign to send our newsletters. They process your data on our behalf
and may only use it for this purpose. We have entered into a written data processing agreement with them.

In some cases, we may also share data with other partners who help us operate the
newsletter. These partners are also bound by data processing agreements and
confidentiality requirements. 

Transfer to the USA

As Active Campaign is a US-based company, your data is transferred to the United States.
The transfer is carried out in accordance with the EU Commission’s adequacy
decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate
level of protection for your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of incorrect information
• Withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data
• Restrict the use of your data in certain situations

SMS marketing

If you have given consent to SMS marketing, you will receive news, offers, and campaigns
from WOW PARK on your mobile number. We typically send fewer than 3 SMS
messages per month.

Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at info@wowpark.dk.

Competition

When you sign up for our newsletter, you also participate in a monthly competition for
two annual passes to WOW PARK. Each month, we draw a winner among all active
subscribers for that month, and the winner is contacted directly.
