How to

When you want to buy gift cards

  • Go to our webshop and purchase the gift card.
  • You can choose between amounts of 250 DKK, 500 DKK, 750 DKK, or 1,000 DKK.
  • You will receive your gift card by email, and you have the option to print it.
  • A gift card must be redeemed within 2 years and can be used both in our webshop and in the parks.

When you want to buy tickets

  • Go to our webshop and purchase your tickets.
  • You will receive your tickets as a PDF file via email.
  • You can print the tickets, or they can also be scanned directly from your mobile device at our entrance.
  • Tickets purchased now can be used anytime during the 2026 season on a day of your choice.

When you want to give the annual pass as a gift to someone else

  • Go to our webshop and purchase the annual pass.
  • Give an annual pass as a gift to a family and agree with one of the parents which photo, phone number, and email address you are allowed to use during the registration.
  • Alternatively, you can ask the recipients of the gift to create the annual passes themselves, and you transfer the payment to them.
